shipping & delivery
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on public holidays.
Currently, we offer shipping within The Bahamas only.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with tracking or delivery details.
return & exchange
We accept returns on items that are in their original, unused condition. Sunglasses that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
All returned items must include original tags and packaging.
Need a different color or style? No problem.
To request an exchange, simply follow our return policy process. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll ship out your new selection.
refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund in the form of store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

Tags must be intact and the item must show no signs of wear
Please note:
We do not offer cash refunds. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase.
Sunglasses that are returned damaged or used will not be eligible for store credit.
